"All About ME in 2020" Diet Challenge

January 5, 2020

I put out a podcast this evening regarding the diet challenge that explains IN DEPTH the upcoming diet challenge.

LISTEN TO IT HERE:  Episode 83

This year there will be various "Tiers" and based on how much suppport, coaching, and education you need, you can now select the best tier for you.  Our goal is to make EVERYONE successful, as well as, dedicate those 13 weeks to becoming the best "YOU" possible.  Below are the different tiers in a nutshell, I better explain them in the podcast, as well as pricing and the links to sign up for each tier.  I also lay out the different customized work out programs available and explain them below.

Tier 1 – Accountability Tier.

This tier is for someone who HAS DONE a diet challenge with us before and already has macros to follow.  This is for those people who know what to do, and just NEED the accountability to stick with the challenge for 13 weeks.

Price:  $150 for individual or $250 for couples.

You will have access to:

  • Recipe Book

  • Points System

  • Open Gym

  • InBody Body Scanner

There is no coaching on this tier, outside of simple questions regarding the challenge and nutrition.  If you are not seeing results or want to speed up progress, we can re-calculate your macros mid-challenge for you.

Tier 3 – Coaching Tier.

This tier is also for both the novice and the experts participating in our diet challenges, but want to make a LIFESTYLE and MENTALITY change.  A LOT of us struggle with our diet and weight because of outside, stress and life related influences…not because we are gluten or lactose intolerant or have some sort of other medical issue.  Our struggles with weight loss and body composition are affected by other things in life, and this tier is going to go through different lessons each week that are going to force you to take a step back and think about why we do certain things in regards to nutrition and alcohol.  This is a great way to turn the next 13 weeks into positive and NEW lifestyle habits.

Customized Work Out Programs Available:

1.  Strength/Bodybuilding Only for Men and Women

This is a bodybuilding and powerlifting type program with the primary focus being, strength.

There is NO cardio involved unless you decide to do it on your own.

This is for someone who wants to focus on getting stronger and building muscle.

Each day should take you about 45 to 60 minutes MAXIMUM to complete.

2.  Bodybuilding + HIIT

This is a very similar program as above with bodybuilding and powerlifting type movements, however in between sets you will be performing cardio to keep heart rate high.  There is no Olympic lifts in this program.

3.  3 Days STRENGTH + 2-3 Days CrossTrain

This is for someone who wants to spend part of their week lifting weights only, and the other part of the week coming to do class work outs.  You will be given 3 days of strength only work outs with the expectation that the other days, you come and attend classes.

This is a good balance of building strength, while dropping a bit of weight with the cardio work outs providing with class programming.

4.  Olympic Lifting ONLY

This is for someone who really wants to increase their clean, jerk and snatch numbers.

This is an advanced program for someone who performs these lifts proficiently and doesn't need much coaching.

5.  Couch to 5K or Couch to 10K

Interested in running a local 5k or 10k this spring?  These programs are for you.

Outside of class, you will spend 3 to 4 days per week running to build up aerobic capacity and endurance to complete your runs.  Each week, time and/or mileage will increase to slowly progress and avoid injury while training.  You will also attend classes 2-3 times per week.

6.  Half Marathon Training

This is for the intermediate or advanced runner that has a goal of running a half marathon this spring/summer.  This will be your primary focus this challenge as you will run 4 times per week, with attending classes 1-2x per week.
