May - Mobility Exercises

You guys have been noticing that we've been running all winter long and as soon as we incorporated LONGER runs into work outs, hamstrings and calves have been extra tight. Some of you guys, including myself, have noticed either knee or calf/ankle issues. This is because of really tight hamstrings, hips and calves so this month I am going to add more hammy, and hip exercises that have helped my knee feel a TON better! Learn them, so you are ready to incorporate them into warm up and finishers each day.
