12 Weeks to Lean in ’18 – Complete Fitness’ 3 Month Health and Wellness Challenge
1. Losing body fat.
2. Increasing performance in the gym.
3. Feel GOOD.
4. Look even BETTER.
STARTS: February 4th, 2018 (DEADLINE to sign up is February 1st, 2018!)
ENDS: April 29th, 2018
This is the MOST COMPREHENSIVE challenge we’ve done yet. This year we have a variety of different options, which should cater to EVERYONE.
Everyone will pick a “tier” based on their goals and lifestyle.
Everyone takes before and after pictures.
Everyone takes before and after measurements.
You will be given DAILY fitness challenges to keep you on track.
You will be given WEEKLY fitness challenges in the gym so we can give prizes away each week.
You will be given a calendar of events that outlines the 3 month long process.
Tier 1 – Meal Plan
Every TWO weeks you will be e-mailed meal plans to eat and follow for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Follow the meal plans and you’ll be successful, it’s THAT easy.
You must track your meals in an app to ensure that you are eating enough calories for your body weight goal.
Tier 2 – Macros
We are going to kick this one up a notch. We are going to track “Rest” day macros and “Training Day” macros.
Tier 3 – Macros + Meal Timing
This tier focuses on fueling your body for recovery and opportune fat loss by basing how many proteins, fats and carbs you eat based on what time of day you train. You will be given specific amounts of proteins, fats, and carbs to eat at certain times of the day, based on your training schedule.
You will be provided various charts, as I know that life gets in the way and sometimes we work out first thing in the morning, in the afternoon, or after work so you will be set up for success no matter WHEN you work out.
You will also be provided a “rest day” chart as well.
Tier 4 – Meal Plan + Macros and Meal Timing
This tier is BULLET PROOF. This is a combination of Tier 1 and Tier 3.
You’ll be given WHAT to eat. I will send you meal plans every 2 weeks.
You’ll be given HOW MUCH to eat. You will take the meal plans and tweak the portion sizes so it fits your macro and calorie requirements.
You’ll be told WHEN to eat. You eat based on when you work out!
A “rest day” plan will also be given to you as well.
