As most of you guys heard/experienced...18.1 Friday Night Lights was a blast! You can now sign up for next Fridays heat via facebook, SugarWOD, or here. This spreadsheet includes BOTH gyms so please select the correct gym. ATTENTION MENOMONEE FALLS ATHLETES! If you DO NOT sign up for a heat, you will not be guaranteed to be able to work out on Friday with us. Equipment is limited and as you can see, we have large teams. Deadline to sign up for a FRIDAY NIGHT HEAT will be 11am on Fridays...so I can download songs for you guys. If you dont have a song by 11am Friday...I am picking one for you. SIGN UP FOR A HEAT

EVERY member must either... 1. Watch the video below about the Intramural Open 2. Read the News post titled "2018 Complete Fitness Intramural Open" THEN 3. SIGN UP to participate with us on Fridays Disclaimer: If you do not sign up for the Open and for a heat time on Friday when the Open begins...there is NO GUARANTEE that you'll be able to get your work out in. Those that sign up get priority on Fridays due to the lack of equipment, large class sizes, the need to run an on time and orderly class.

Weekly Challenge WOD Prizes and 10% off Built

This month we are adding a TWIST to the winners of the Weekly Challenge Fitness WODs. Winners will get: $5.00 "in store" credit on supplements, shirts, bars, drinks...etc How to Win 1. It is not based purely on score, it is based on BEST Social Media post while doing the work out or before/after. 2. Obviously, do the work out. 3. Post it to Facebook or Instagram, but you MUST TAG your location (Complete Fitness) and anyone you did it with. 4. Post a cool/creative/fun/inspiring photo or video with it 5. You do not have to RX it or have the best score...most creative social media post wins each week! *This is going to give bonus points to those in the 12 Weeks to Lean in '18 challenge! W

Complete Fitness 2018 Intramural OPEN

CrossFit 2018 Open For those of you that were around last year, the Intramural Open was TONS OF FUN and we want to do it again! Sign up HERE (or in class) so we can create teams. You DO NOT have to sign up on games.crossfit.com to participate in our Open. Ours is free and meant to have fun with our community. Please let me know if you want to be a Captain! Captains Responsibilities 1. Enter in points in the GoogleDoc by deadline every Monday night 2. Come up with Team Name and Coordinate “themes” for each week 3.
