Need to make changes to your membership?

Not a problem! There are a couple of different options for you.

1. Put your account on hold.

Holds can be placed on certain monthly recurring plans with a charge of a $10 hold fee per month.

If you would like to put your account on hold please select "HOLD" from the menu when submitting the form.

2. Upgrade or Downgrade Your Membership

Need to go from 3x per week to Unlimited?

Not a problem. Simply select the option from the menu and let us know and we will take care of it!

3. Cancel your membership

You can cancel your membership WITHOUT penalty if you give more than 30 days notice prior to your billing date.

All cancellations must be submitted via FORM and failure to give written notice or submit form 30 days prior with NOT result in a refund.

Which Reason(s) Best Match Why You're Leaving Us. Please be brutally honest!

Cost - The membership cost is currently not in line with my monthly budget.

Schedule - Fitness is just not currently a priority on my calendar.

Change of Interest - My fitness goals have changed and am looking for other options.

Moving - My work/home relocation has made this gym inconvenient to my commute so I'll be looking for gyms in closer proximity.

Injury - I'm currently dealing with an injury that does not allow me to train at your gym effectively.

Any Other Comments/Suggestions/Critiques That You Would Like To Share As To Why You Are Cancelling? What has kept you here? What would you suggest we do differently to provide a better experience? Any chance that you might be back? (This is always going to be your fitness home-away-from-home!)

I acknowledge that if I DO NOT give 30 days notice prior to the next billing date for cancellation, I will be billed for the next pay period.

I acknowledge that if I am billed, due to failure of giving the required 30 day notice, I cannot receive a refund or credit nor dispute the charge with my credit card company.
