Short Bio
I was never an athlete, never played a sport in high school, and never found fitness to be something I enjoyed. Then I was introduced to CrossFit the fall of 2016. For the first time in my life I found a form of exercise that I not only enjoyed,
but I experienced results in ways I never expected! I have lost 30 pounds, gained muscle in places I didn't know I could, and made some of the best friends of my life.
I have a passion for coaching teens and kids. My aim is to inspire them to make fitness a part of their daily lives, and to make and achieve personal goals.  I want them to know that size, shape, gender and age does not matter,
and that they are stronger than they think! 
When I'm not at the gym, I'm raising my 3 kids with my husband Rob, and running my photography studio in Mequon. You will see many of my images displayed around the gym, and you might even spot me taking pictures at one of your classes!
