I am a former cycling junkie who was looking to put on some muscle while maintaining a cardio base. Complete Fitness allowed me to do both while avoiding injury. In addition, I was lucky enough to become a part of the amazing fitness team here at Menomonee Falls.
I have always wanted to be stronger. For years I was chasing that vision without a plan, just thinking lift some weights do some cardio and I will be healthy. Boy was I wrong, the second I stepped through these doors I was a new person. Being a part of this gym showed me how much more I could do if I just pushed myself. More importantly, when I thought I had given all I had, my fellow gym attendees pushed me to my best. When those moments happened I realized this was more than becoming strong physically, but mentally as well and those people around me quickly became my best friends and family. Being part of this community introduces you to people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, and quickly shows you that none of that matters. We are all here to better ourselves and help each other achieve our goals. Things always seem to work out for the best when you give it your best, and everyone here is ready and willing to make sure that happens.
I am a CFL1 Trainer, as well as USA Weightlifting L1 certified coach with experience coaching all age and fitness levels. I love volunteering at local Crossfit Competitions. My favorite so far is when I volunteered for the Athlete Control team at the Crossfit Games in Madison this summer.
Because of cycling, I was always been prone to having knee/hip issues, so I focus on finding ways for our members to safely perform exercises while avoiding pain and injury.
I am here to help you smash your goals and get results, no matter how large or small! I love working with everyone who has the drive to be active and get fit while having a great workout among great people.
You can find me here at the gym every Tuesday and Thursday morning for the 7:30 class, Tuesday and Wednesday nights for the 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 classes, and Friday nights at 4:30 and 5:30. I also coach On Ramp, the program we have for beginners.
