Let me start by saying thank you Nina.  Since I started in Nov of 2016, I am down 40 lbs.  I like that this happened slow and steady with a better and realistic understanding of where I want to be and doing so by creating good habits over a sustained period of time. I am very happy where I am, I did not go crazy and eat boiled chicken breast everyday for 3 months, but I can say that based on performance since being back, I am fit as shit, moving great and while my top end strength is likely down due to the stay at home order, I aint complaining.
