Fitness 101 for Beginners

Fitness 101 is a special program designed for those who want to start a functional fitness program, but have NO EXPERIENCE.

During these sessions, we walk you through step-by-step on:
- General class flow and show you where everything is located in the gym.
- Acronyms and verbiage that confuses a lot of newbies.
- Assessing any areas of weaknesses and how to correct them.
- Show you proper form and TECHNIQUE on all of the things we do in classes.
- Give you INDIVIDUALIZED scales and progressions for your OWN fitness level.
- Make sure you are 100% comfortable in the gym and get you ready to attend classes on your own.


The cost includes the price of eight small, private sessions twice a week AND an UNLIMITED membership so you can come use the gym on the other days at your convenience.  This is a two-month commitment.

1.  Two months of Fitness 101 in our semi-private, small group setting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. You can start IMMEDIATELY!
